The Advanced Apply Redactions dialog box appears.ДЇilters are used to redact only some types of data from the PDF while leaving others intact. To apply redaction filters, click Advanced.

Select the desired Redaction Options, which allow you to remove additional document data and metadata.

Use a comma to define pages that are separated.ДЇor example: 1-3, 5, 9 will include pages 1, 2, 3, 5 and 9.

Use a dash between page numbers to define those two pages and all pages in between.

When this option is selected the list becomes a text box.

Custom: Sets the range to a custom value.

The current page number will appear in parentheses, for example, Current (2) if page 2 is the current page. By default, all pages of the PDF are included.Д¬urrent: Sets the range to the current page only. Select a page range to be included in the redaction process. The Apply Redactions dialog box appears.ДЄlternatively, press SHIFT+A or click on the Redaction toolbar.

Go to Edit > Redaction > Apply Redactions.

To apply multiple redactions with the same custom configuration, save a redaction to the Tool Chest.

To set the appearance properties of a redaction, right-click it and select Properties.The same area will be redacted on all pages of the PDF. To apply a redaction to all pages of a PDF, right-click it and select Apply to All Pages.When you release the mouse button, the portion of the image to be redacted is surround by a red box. You can redact all or part of an image this way. To redact an image, click and drag a rectangle around the desired area.When you release the mouse button, selected text is surrounded by a red box. While dragging, selected text is highlighted in blue. To redact text, click and drag over it.To prevent the warning from appearing in the future, select Do not show this warning again.If it does, read the warning and click OK to proceed.
